Ingredients
- 2 lbs baby potatoes
- ⅓ C olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- ½ t cayenne pepper
Directions
Set your Bravo to "Roast" and preheat at 450°F.
- In a bowl toss your potatoes in olive oil, garlic, and cayenne pepper.
- Place potatoes on Baking Pan and set Cooking Rack onto middle position in your Bravo. Season with salt and pepper.
- Set your Bravo to 450°F for 40 minutes.
- Once finished, carefully remove baking sheet from the oven. Serve and enjoy.

I used yellow potatoes, they were browned very nicely, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, they were delish! Restaurant quality !
