Ingredients
- 12 slices of bacon
- 1⁄3 c (67g) brown sugar
- 4 T (80g) maple syrup
- Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
Directions
- Season bacon with brown sugar and pepper.
- Lay the strips into the Baking Pan and top with maple syrup.
- Place the Baking Pan onto the Cooking Rack set in position 2.
- Set the Bravo to DEHYDRATE at 150°F (65°C) for 1 hour and15 min.
- When done, carefully remove the Baking Pan from the Bravo and let cool.
