Ingredients

  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 1⁄3 c (67g) brown sugar
  • 4 T (80g) maple syrup
  • Freshly ground black pepper, as needed

Directions

  1. Season bacon with brown sugar and pepper.
  2. Lay the strips into the Baking Pan and top with maple syrup.
  3. Place the Baking Pan onto the Cooking Rack set in position 2.
  4. Set the Bravo to DEHYDRATE at 150°F (65°C) for 1 hour and15 min.
  5. When done, carefully remove the Baking Pan from the Bravo and let cool.
