Ingredients

12oz. cooking chocolate; milk, semi-sweet, or sweet

1⁄2c half-and-half
- 1⁄4t cinnamon
- 4c assorted dippers
Directions
- Heat the chocolate and half-and-half in a medium saucepan on Medium-Low (175°F), stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Reduce heat to Low (100°F) and push the + button twice to reach 120°F.
- Hold the fondue at 120°F and add cinnamon. Serve with dippers on the side.
Recipe Note
TIP: If the chocolate becomes too thick add more half and half to thin it out.
