Ingredients

• 3 T butter
• 10-oz bag marshmallows
• 6 c crispy rice cereal

Directions

1. Set pressure cooker to "sear" and add butter. Press "start/stop". As butter is melting, add marshmallows and stir.
2. Once marshmallows have melted with butter, remove cooking pot from pressure cooker.
3. Add crispy rice cereal and mix until cereal is completely coated.
4. Scrape out into a slightly buttered baking dish. Smooth out with spatula. Allow to set before serving.
