Ingredients

  • 1 loaf one-day-old bread (sourdough, challah, etc.), cubed
  • ⅓c extra-virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt, as needed
  • Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
  • 2T herbs de Provence

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine bread, olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs de Provence.
  2. Lay the bread onto the air fry basket and place into position 3, and place grill in position 1 on shelf rack. Press ON/OFF to turn on the Bravo. press PRESET then turn Start/ Pause dial to select Preset 33. Press START/PAUSE to begin cooking 360 ̊F for 15 minutes.
  3. After the Bravo is finished “baking”, it will beep 3 times and display “End”. Carefully remove the croutons from the Bravo and let it cool for 5 minutes.
  4. Serve on top of a salad and enjoy.
