Ingredients

10 oz carrots, peeled, diced
1 T rice vinegar
Sea salt to taste
⅛ t white pepper, ground
2 C chicken or vegetable stock
1 t cumin, ground
2 T chives, crushed

Directions

Combine all ingredients except chives to blender.
Blend on "Soup" for 5 minutes. When blender stops, set to "Soup" again and blend an additional 3 minutes.
Carefully remove lid. Serve with chives.
