Ingredients
- 15 Roma tomatoes, each halved
- 3T extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt, to taste
Directions
- In a bowl, toss the tomatoes in olive oil and sea salt.
Place the tomato halves onto both the Air Fry Basket and Wire Rack and slide them into rack rack positions 2 and 3.
- Press PRESET and use the START/PAUSE dial to select PRESET 97. Press START/PAUSE to begin dehydrating at 145°F for 10 hours, until dry and pliable.
- After 10 hours the unit will beep three times and display “End”.
