Ingredients

  • 15 Roma tomatoes, each halved
  • 3T extra-virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt, to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, toss the tomatoes in olive oil and sea salt.
  2. Place the tomato halves onto both the Air Fry Basket and Wire Rack and slide them into rack rack positions 2 and 3.
  3. Press PRESET and use the START/PAUSE dial to select PRESET 97. Press START/PAUSE to begin dehydrating at 145°F for 10 hours, until dry and pliable.
  4. After 10 hours the unit will beep three times and display “End”.
