Ingredients

  • 1lbs. fresh Brussels sprouts
  • 1⁄2t sea salt
  • 1⁄2t freshly ground black pepper
  • 1⁄2t garlic powder
  • 2t olive oil

Directions

  1. Trim the stems and remove any tough or bruised leaves from the outer portions of the Brussels sprouts.
  2. Rinse the sprouts, shake them dry, and set them aside.
  3. Combine salt, pepper, garlic powder, and olive oil in a bowl.
  4. Add the sprouts to the bowl and toss them to coat.
  5. Press PRESET and use the START/PAUSE dial to select PRESET 95. Press START/ PAUSE to begin preheating. Once preheated, the unit will beep twice, display “Ready”, countdown for 10 seconds and then beep once to give you time to insert your food.
  6. Open the door and put the Brussels sprouts in the Air Fry Basket and slide it into rack position 2.
  7. Close the door to begin cooking (390°F for 9 minutes). The unit will beep three times to prompt you to open the door.
  8. With a pair of tongs, stir the Brussels sprouts to ensure even cooking. Close the door to continue Stage 2 for 2 minutes. When finished, the unit will beep three times and display “End”.
