Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Peel potatoes and cut into thin strips.
- Soak fries in water for 30 minutes.
- Preheat Brio to 360°F.
- Pat fries dry and toss with olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Once preheated, place fries in Brio Basket and air fry for 18 minutes.
