Ingredients

1 slab baby back ribs
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons onion, minced

1 garlic glove, minced

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat Brio to 350°F.
Season ribs with salt and pepper and cut into pieces small enough to fit in Brio Basket.
Combine all remaining ingredients to make BBQ sauce.
Coat ribs in sauce, reserving extra sauce for later.
Once preheated, place ribs in Brio Basket and air fry for 30 minutes.
Brush ribs with remaining sauce and air fry at 350°F for additional 30 minutes.
