Ingredients
- 1 slab baby back ribs
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons onion, minced
- 1 garlic glove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat Brio to 350°F.
- Season ribs with salt and pepper and cut into pieces small enough to fit in Brio Basket.
- Combine all remaining ingredients to make BBQ sauce.
- Coat ribs in sauce, reserving extra sauce for later.
- Once preheated, place ribs in Brio Basket and air fry for 30 minutes.
- Brush ribs with remaining sauce and air fry at 350°F for additional 30 minutes.
