Ingredients
- 1 C water
- 1 T ginger, peeled and chopped
- 2 C spinach
- 1 green apple, cored

½ avocado, skin removed and pitted
- 1 handful parsley

½ lemon, juiced
Directions
- Place all ingredients into jar and close the lid.
- Set to speed 7 and blend for 15 seconds.
- Remove the lid, pour into desired cup, and enjoy.
