Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast
  • 1-½ c BBQ sauce
  • 1-½ t soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can pineapple, chunked

Directions

  1. Add chicken breast to pressure cooker and set to slow cook.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, soy sauce, and garlic.
  3. Pour sauce and pineapple over the chicken.
  4. Place glass lid on and cook for 4 hrs. Remove lid and carefully shred the chicken. Serve with rice or on sliders.
