Hoisin Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 c hoisin sauce
  • ¼ c honey
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 2 T Sriracha sauce
  • ¼ c rice wine vinegar
  • ½ c ketchup
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 2 scallions, sliced (garnish)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine hoisin, vinegar, ketchup, honey, garlic, soy sauce, and Sriracha. Pour mixture into cooker and set cooker to "slow cook".
  2. Add ribs and coat with sauce. Cover with glass lid and cook for 4 hrs.
  3. When finished carefully remove lid and remove ribs. Garnish with scallions, serve and enjoy.
