Hoisin Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients
- 1 c hoisin sauce
- ¼ c honey
- 2 T soy sauce
- 2 T Sriracha sauce
- ¼ c rice wine vinegar
- ½ c ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 2 scallions, sliced (garnish)
Directions
- In a bowl, combine hoisin, vinegar, ketchup, honey, garlic, soy sauce, and Sriracha. Pour mixture into cooker and set cooker to "slow cook".
- Add ribs and coat with sauce. Cover with glass lid and cook for 4 hrs.
- When finished carefully remove lid and remove ribs. Garnish with scallions, serve and enjoy.
