Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- ¼ t Dijon mustard
- 1 T lemon juice
- ¼ t white vinegar
- ¼ t Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T warm water
- 1½ C canola oil, divided
- Sea salt to taste
- Tabasco® sauce to taste
Directions
- Add egg yolk, mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, Worcestershire, water, and ½C oil to jar.
- Set blender to "10" and blend for 1 minute. Remove plunger cap and slowly add oil while continuing to blend until mixture reaches thickness of traditional mayonnaise.
- Season with salt and Tabasco®.
- Refrigerate overnight.
