Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk

¼ t Dijon mustard
- 1 T lemon juice

¼ t white vinegar

¼ t Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T warm water

1½ C canola oil, divided
- Sea salt to taste

Tabasco® sauce to taste
Directions
Add egg yolk, mustard, lemon juice, vinegar, Worcestershire, water, and ½C oil to jar.
Set blender to "10" and blend for 1 minute. Remove plunger cap and slowly add oil while continuing to blend until mixture reaches thickness of traditional mayonnaise.
Season with salt and Tabasco®.
- Refrigerate overnight.
