Ingredients
- 4 T butter (room temperature)
- 1 c all-purpose flour
- 2 c sugar, divided
- 1 T baking powder
- 1⁄2 c milk
- 4 peaches, sliced
Directions
- In a bowl, combine butter, flour, 1c sugar, and baking powder. Add milk. Stir.
- Pour batter into 4 greased ramekins and place onto the Baking Pan.
- In a pot, bring remaining 1c sugar and sliced peaches up to a slow boil, stirring constantly. Pour over batter.
- Place ramekins with Baking Pan onto Cooking Rack set in slot 1.
- Set Bravo to “Bake” at 375 ̊F for 40 minutes.
- When done, carefully remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
