Ingredients

2½ c flour
- 1 t baking soda

1½ t cornstarch
- 1⁄2 c sugar
- 1⁄2 t sea salt

3⁄4 c butter, melted

3⁄4 c brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 c chocolate chips
Directions
In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt.
In a separate bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla, and sugar.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir to make a soft dough.
Fold in chocolate chips and cover in fridge for up to 3 hours.
Remove from fridge and spoon out doughballs. Roll into balls and lay out onto greased Baking Pan. Set Cooking Rack in slot 1. Set Baking Pan on Rack.
Set Bravo to “Bake” at 350 ̊F for 12 minutes.
When done, carefully remove Baking Pan and let cookies cool for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
