Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients
- 2½ c flour
- 1 t baking soda
- 1½ t cornstarch
- 1⁄2 c sugar
- 1⁄2 t sea salt
- 3⁄4 c butter, melted
- 3⁄4 c brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 t vanilla extract
- 1 c chocolate chips
Directions
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, egg, vanilla, and sugar.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir to make a soft dough.
- Fold in chocolate chips and cover in fridge for up to 3 hours.
- Remove from fridge and spoon out doughballs. Roll into balls and lay out onto greased Baking Pan. Set Cooking Rack in slot 1. Set Baking Pan on Rack.
- Set Bravo to “Bake” at 350 ̊F for 12 minutes.
- When done, carefully remove Baking Pan and let cookies cool for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
