Honey Sriracha Scallops
- 1 lb. scallops
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 T honey
- 1 T Sriracha
- 1 t apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Sea salt
- Cooking spray
- 1 T chopped parsley
- In a bowl, mix honey, Sriracha, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and salt. Stir to combine.
- Preheat Bravo and set to Broil for 500°F.
Spray enamel baking pan with cooking spray. Season scallops with black pepper and place in pan.
Cook until scallops become light brown. Brush honey-garlic sauce over scallops, flip, and brush other sides. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to reduce glaze and to thicken.
- Remove scallops to a plate. Top with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
