Honey Sriracha Scallops

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. scallops
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 T honey
  • 1 T Sriracha
  • 1 t apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Sea salt
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 T chopped parsley

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, Sriracha, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and salt. Stir to combine.
  2. Preheat Bravo and set to Broil for 500°F.
  3. Spray enamel baking pan with cooking spray. Season scallops with black pepper and place in pan.
  4. Cook until scallops become light brown. Brush honey-garlic sauce over scallops, flip, and brush other sides. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to reduce glaze and to thicken.
  5. Remove scallops to a plate. Top with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
