Ingredients
- 2 (6oz) jars artichokes hearts, drained, divided and chopped
- 1c mayonnaise
- 8 cloves of fresh garlic, minced
- 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1c Parmesan cheese, grated and divided
- 2c Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Directions
- In medium bowl, mix garlic, mayonnaise, cream cheese, ¾ cup Parmesan cheese, 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese and artichokes.
- Place in oven-safe dish.
- Place on 1-inch rack and sprinkle remaining Parmesan and Monterey Jack cheese over top.
- Bake at 350°F for 18 minutes, or until golden brown.
