Ingredients
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1⁄4 c warm water
- 1 t sugar
- 3 c bread flour
- 2 T extra-virgin olive oil
- 1⁄2 t sea salt
Directions
- In a bowl, combine yeast and sugar in warm water and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and oil and mix until a soft dough is formed.
- Place dough into a greased bowl. Cover and let sit for 45 min. in a warm place.
- Once dough has proofed, remove from bowl. Knead on a floured surface.
- Form dough into a loaf. Place into Baking Pan. Leave loaf in Pan.
- Cut slits into the top of loaf (3-4 slits) and place Baking Pan on Cooking Rack in slot 1.
- Set Bravo to “Bake” for 17 minutes at 400 ̊F.
- When done, remove. Let bread cool for 5 minutes.
