Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. active dry yeast
  • 1⁄4 c warm water
  • 1 t sugar
  • 3 c bread flour
  • 2 T extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1⁄2 t sea salt

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine yeast and sugar in warm water and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and oil and mix until a soft dough is formed.
  3. Place dough into a greased bowl. Cover and let sit for 45 min. in a warm place.
  4. Once dough has proofed, remove from bowl. Knead on a floured surface.
  5. Form dough into a loaf. Place into Baking Pan. Leave loaf in Pan.
  6. Cut slits into the top of loaf (3-4 slits) and place Baking Pan on Cooking Rack in slot 1.
  7. Set Bravo to “Bake” for 17 minutes at 400 ̊F.
  8. When done, remove. Let bread cool for 5 minutes.
