Ingredients

1 pkg. active dry yeast

1⁄4 c warm water
- 1⁄3 T sugar

1½ c milk

4 c all-purpose flour, divided

6 T butter, softened
- 4 T sugar
- 1 T sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
Directions
In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water with 1⁄3T sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Heat the milk and add in 4T sugar and butter. Once milk mixture is cool, add in yeast.
Add in 2c flour and mix until it makes a dough. Cover and let dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
Uncover and add 2c flour, freshly ground black pepper and sea salt. Knead for 5 minutes.
Place dough into a greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 30 min. in a warm place.
Remove dough from bowl. Separate and work into 12 rolls.
Grease Baking Pan and place rolls onto Pan.
Place Baking Pan onto Cooking Rack in slot 1. Set Bravo to “Bake” for 20 min. at 275 ̊F.
Once rolls have baked for 20 min., remove and let cool.
Take “prebaked” rolls and store after cooling. Or, bake rolls for an additional 10 min. at 400 ̊F.
