Buttery Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1⁄4 c warm water
- 1⁄3 T sugar
- 1½ c milk
- 4 c all-purpose flour, divided
- 6 T butter, softened
- 4 T sugar
- 1 T sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
Directions
- In a bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water with 1⁄3T sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Heat the milk and add in 4T sugar and butter. Once milk mixture is cool, add in yeast.
- Add in 2c flour and mix until it makes a dough. Cover and let dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Uncover and add 2c flour, freshly ground black pepper and sea salt. Knead for 5 minutes.
- Place dough into a greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 30 min. in a warm place.
- Remove dough from bowl. Separate and work into 12 rolls.
- Grease Baking Pan and place rolls onto Pan.
- Place Baking Pan onto Cooking Rack in slot 1. Set Bravo to “Bake” for 20 min. at 275 ̊F.
- Once rolls have baked for 20 min., remove and let cool.
- Take “prebaked” rolls and store after cooling. Or, bake rolls for an additional 10 min. at 400 ̊F.
