Ingredients

  • 2lbs apricot, halved, stones removed
  • Sea salt, as needed
  • Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
  • 1 gal hot water
  • 1⁄2 c fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. Soak apricots for 10 minutes in 1 gallon hot water. Drain and blot dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix apricots with lemon juice. Lay apricots out into Air Fry Basket.
  3. Place Basket onto Cooking Rack set in slot 2.
  4. Set Bravo to “Dehydrate” at 170 ̊F for 20 hours.
  5. When done, carefully remove from oven and let cool.
