Ingredients
- 2lbs apricot, halved, stones removed
- Sea salt, as needed
- Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
- 1 gal hot water
- 1⁄2 c fresh lemon juice
Directions
- Soak apricots for 10 minutes in 1 gallon hot water. Drain and blot dry.
- In a bowl, mix apricots with lemon juice. Lay apricots out into Air Fry Basket.
- Place Basket onto Cooking Rack set in slot 2.
- Set Bravo to “Dehydrate” at 170 ̊F for 20 hours.
- When done, carefully remove from oven and let cool.
