Ingredients
- 2lbs Roma tomatoes, each halved
- Sea salt, as needed
- Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
- ⅓ c extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 sprigs rosemary, needles only
Directions
- In a bowl, toss tomatoes in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle rosemary over the tops. Lay each tomato half in Baking Pan.
- Place Baking Pan onto the Cooking Rack set in slot 2. Set Bravo to “Dehydrate” at 140 ̊F for 8 hours.
- When done, carefully remove from oven and let cool.
