Salad
Ingredients
- 1 loaf one-day-old bread (sourdough, challah, etc.), cubed
- 1⁄3 c extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt, as needed
- Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
- 2 T herbs de Provence
Directions
- In a bowl, combine bread, olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs de Provence.
- Lay out the bread into the Air Fry Basket.
- Place Pan onto Cooking Rack set in slot 1.
- Set the Bravo to “Dehydrate” at 350 ̊F for 10 minutes.
- When done, carefully remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve on top of a salad and enjoy.
