Ingredients

1 loaf one-day-old bread (sourdough, challah, etc.), cubed

1⁄3 c extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt, as needed
- Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
- 2 T herbs de Provence
Directions
In a bowl, combine bread, olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs de Provence.
Lay out the bread into the Air Fry Basket.
Place Pan onto Cooking Rack set in slot 1.
Set the Bravo to “Dehydrate” at 350 ̊F for 10 minutes.
When done, carefully remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve on top of a salad and enjoy.
