Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients
- 8 oz linguine
- 2 c water
- 1 stick butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t chili flakes
- 1-½ lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 T parsley, chopped
- 2 T lemon juice
Directions
- Set pressure cooker to "sear" and melt butter. Add garlic and chili flakes and begin to brown. Add shrimp and sear. Add water, linguine, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Close and lock lid and set to multi grain for 15 minutes.
- When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid and stir. Serve and enjoy.
