Lemon Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine
  • 2 c water
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 t chili flakes
  • 1-½ lbs shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 T parsley, chopped
  • 2 T lemon juice

Directions

  1. Set pressure cooker to "sear" and melt butter. Add garlic and chili flakes and begin to brown. Add shrimp and sear. Add water, linguine, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. Close and lock lid and set to multi grain for 15 minutes.
  3. When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid and stir. Serve and enjoy.
