Ingredients

  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, smashed and chopped
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
  • ½ pound ground beef
  • ½ pound ground pork
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Marinara sauce
  • 4 rolls

Directions

  1. In large bowl combine meats, onions, garlic, crushed red pepper, eggs, parmesan, parsley, and bread crumbs.
  2. Season meat mixture with salt and pepper to taste and form into 3-ounce balls.
  3. Coat Everyday Pan in olive oil and heat on Medium-High (375°F).
  4. Add meatballs to pan and cook for 20 minutes, until brown on all sides.
  5. Add marinara sauce to Everyday Pan and cover.
  6. Cook meatballs with sauce for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove meatballs with tongs and serve in buns.
