Ingredients

• 8 cocktail rye bread slices
• ½ pound corned beef
• 4 slices Swiss cheese
• ¼ cup thousand island dressing
• 1 tablespoon sauerkraut

Directions

1. In small bowl, combine sauerkraut and thousand island dressing.
2. Lay out 4 rye bread slices and top with corned beef.
3. Top corned beef with sauerkraut mixture.
4. Add slice of cheese and top with remaining bread slices.
5. Place sandwiches in Brio Basket and air fry at 375°F for 4 minutes.
