Ingredients

  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 T olive oil

Directions

  1. Set pressure cooker to "sear" and add olive oil, garlic, and zucchini. Once browned, add ingredients for the sauce.
  2. Pour penne in the sauce mixture and season with salt and pepper. Add mushrooms.
  3. Close and lock the lid and set to multi grain for 6 minutes. Press start/stop.
  4. When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid. Stir, serve, and enjoy.
