Padron Peppers Skewered with Chorizo

Ingredients

  • 24 padron peppers
  • 24 1-inch-thick pieces hot dried chorizo
  • Wooden skewers
  • Sea salt

Directions

  1. Soak 12 wooden skewers for at least 15 minutes. Preheat Bravo and set to bake at 400°F.
  2. Thread 2 peppers and two pieces chorizo onto each skewer.
  3. Place skewers in enamel baking pan and place on cooking rack in position 3 and bake until blistered, 12-4 min. Sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
