Peppermint Hot Chocolate
Nutri-Pot Pressure Cooker
- 2 c heavy cream
- 5 c milk
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ c chocolate chips
- 1 t peppermint extract
- Set pressure cooker to "slow cook" and add in all ingredients.
- Cover with glass lid and cook for 2 hrs. Stir occasionally.
- Once cooking is finished serve and enjoy.
