Ingredients
- 1 C raspberries
- ¼ C white wine vinegar
- ½ C olive oil
- 3 T shallot, chopped
Directions
- Combine ingredients into blender jar.
- Place vacuum lid on. Set to “Fresh”, vacuum, then blend for 30 seconds until smooth.
- Release vacuum and pour into a container or serve immediately with salad.
