Ingredients
- 4 red bell peppers, roasted
- 3 T olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 leaves fresh basil
- 1 lemon, zested
- ½ lemon, juiced
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
- Add all ingredients into jar.
- Place vacuum lid on, set to “Fresh”, vacuum, and blend for 30 seconds (pulse, if needed).
- Release vacuum and serve immediately or store in fridge for up to 1 week under vacuum.
