Ingredients

4 red bell peppers, roasted

3 T olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

8 leaves fresh basil

1 lemon, zested

½ lemon, juiced

Pinch of salt and pepper
Directions
Add all ingredients into jar.
Place vacuum lid on, set to “Fresh”, vacuum, and blend for 30 seconds (pulse, if needed).
Release vacuum and serve immediately or store in fridge for up to 1 week under vacuum.
