- 1 C rice, uncooked
- 2 C water
- Pinch of salt
- Add rice to blender jar.
- Using the plunger lid, set blender to speed 5 and blend for 10 seconds. Increase speed to 8 and blend for an additional 6 seconds. Once finished, remove the lid.
- Bring water up to a boil in a pot and salt the water.
- Once boiling, slowly pour in rice and stir.
- Reduce from a boil and cook, covered, for 8 minutes.
- Once finished, serve and enjoy.
