Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

Ingredients
- Seeds of 2 vanilla beans, scraped
- 1½ C milk
- 3 egg yolks
- ⅔ C sugar
- 1 C heavy cream
Directions
- Add all ingredients to jar and close the lid.
- Using plunger lid, blend mixture on "Ice" setting. Use plunger to push around the contents. If the ice cream isn't the consistency desired, pulse until correct consistency is reached.
- Once blending is finished, dispense product into container of choice.
- If mixture is too runny, place in freezer for 20 minutes then serve.
