Ingredients
- 2lbs. pork roast
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Cooking spray, as needed
Directions
- Season pork roast with salt and pepper, spray baking pan with cooking spray, place the roast on baking pan.
- Press PRESET and use the START/PAUSE dial arrows to select one of the following PRESETS: • Medium - 50 • Well - 51
- Press START/PAUSE to begin preheating. Once preheated, the unit will beep twice, display “Ready”, countdown for 10 seconds and then beep once to give you time to insert your food.
- Open the door and place the pork roast on rack position 1. Close the door to begin cooking Stage 1 (400°F combo, 20% steam) for 20 minutes.
- The unit will beep 1 time, moving on to Stage 2, (325°F combo, 20% steam) to the desired cooking temperature of: • Medium 20 minutes, thermometer - 135°F • Well 35 minutes, thermometer - 155°F
- After Stage 2, the unit will beep three times and display “End”. Remove the roast to a serving plate.
