Ingredients
- 1lb. asparagus
- 2T extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt, as needed
- freshly ground black pepper, as needed
Directions
- Open the Bravo door, place the enamel broiling rack on the enamel baking pan onto the cooking rack and place into position 1. Press On/Off to turn on the Bravo. Press Preset then turn Start/Pause dial to select Preset 24. Press Start/Pause to begin the preheating to 425 ̊F 30% top heat, 70% bottom heat.
- While the Bravo is preheating, prepare the asparagus for roasting. Cut off the stem ends, and then place the asparagus into a mixing bowl and drizzle olive oil over them and toss to coat. Season the asparagus with salt and pepper.
- Once the Bravo is preheated the Bravo will beep twice, ready, 10 second countdown and beep once. Open the Bravo door and pull out the enamel broiling rack, Place all the asparagus onto the enamel broiling rack. Slide back into the Bravo, close the door to begin cooking 425 ̊F 30% top heat, bottom heat 70% for 7 minutes.
- After the Bravo is finished cooking, it will beep 3 times and display “End”.
- When done, carefully remove the asparagus from the Bravo and let it cool for 3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
