Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- Sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together eggs and cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Set Skillet to 275ºF and add oil.
- Add eggs and using a rubber spatula, stir to create curds by pushing the eggs from the edge of the skillet towards the center.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes or until set.
