Ingredients

1lbs. whole baby carrots, washed, root tip cut off

1t butter, unsalted

Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, as need

1t honey
Directions
1. Press Preset 33 (185°F, sous vide 90% steam) for 1 hour 5 minutes. Press START/PAUSE to begin preheating. Once preheated, the unit will beep twice, display “Ready”, countdown for 10 seconds and then beep once to give you time to insert your food.
- Open the door and arrange the carrots on the air fry rack in rack position 2. Close the door to begin cooking.
- When finished, the unit will beep three times and display “End”. Open door and reserve carrots on a plate.
- Place a large fry pan on a stove, set heat to high, add butter, add carrots and heat butter to golden brown, season with salt and pepper as need.
- When carrots are golden brown and slightly charred, add honey, stir to coat evenly, then serve and enjoy.
Recipe Note
Note: Fresh herbs can be added, when cooking in pan for flavor.
