Sauces, jams & condiments
- 1 C white wine vinegar
¾ C mustard seeds, soaked
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of ginger
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of turmeric
- Add all ingredients to the jar.
Using the plunger lid, set blender to "Nuts" and blend until smooth.
- Add in very small amounts of water to thin the consistency.
- Once finished, remove the lid and pour contents into a regular jar.
- Let sit in the fridge for 2 days before use.
