Nutri-Pot Pressure Cooker
- 1 lb salmon
½ c teriyaki marinade
- 1 c fish stock
- Add salmon and teriyaki marinade in a large plastic resealable bag. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place steamer rack in pressure cooker. Place salmon on top of steamer rack then add fish stock and close and lock lid. Adjust time to 5 minutes and press "start/stop".
- When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid. Carefully open lid and remove salmon. Serve with extra teriyaki marinade on the side.
