Tomato Basil Pasta

Ingredients
- 4 T butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 c tomato, diced
- 4 leaves fresh basil, chopped
- ½ lemon, juiced
- 16 oz spaghetti
- 4 c chicken stock
- 6 oz heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Set cooker to "sear" and melt butter. Once melted, add garlic, lemon juice, and basil. Add chicken stock and spaghetti.
- Close and lock the lid, set cooker to multi grain and adjust to cook for 5 minutes.
- When done, quick release and make sure all pressure is released before opening lid. Carefully open lid and set cooker to "sear". Add in tomato and heavy cream until mixture simmers. Stir, serve, and enjoy.
