Ingredients
- (1) 9-inch (229 mm) Pita
- 1⁄2 c (113g) tomato sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 T (26g) extra-virgin olive oil
- Sea salt, as needed
- Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
- 3 T (44g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz (115g) fresh mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz (115g) cheddar cheese, grated
Directions
- Brush olive oil onto the pita and then evenly spread the tomato sauce and minced garlic. Then sprinkle on the cheese. Finish with salt and pepper.
- Using the Pizza Peel, gently slide the pizza onto the Cooking Rack in slot 1. Set the Bravo to PIZZA. Cook for 12 minutes at 400° (204°C) with 30/70 top/bottom heat.
- When done, use the Pizza Peel, to remove the pizza and let it rest for 3-4 minutes.
