Ingredients

  • (1) 9-inch (229 mm) Pita
  • 1⁄2 c (113g) tomato sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 T (26g) extra-virgin olive oil
  • Sea salt, as needed
  • Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
  • 3 T (44g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz (115g) fresh mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz (115g) cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

  1. Brush olive oil onto the pita and then evenly spread the tomato sauce and minced garlic. Then sprinkle on the cheese. Finish with salt and pepper.
  2. Using the Pizza Peel, gently slide the pizza onto the Cooking Rack in slot 1. Set the Bravo to PIZZA. Cook for 12 minutes at 400° (204°C) with 30/70 top/bottom heat.
  3. When done, use the Pizza Peel, to remove the pizza and let it rest for 3-4 minutes.
