Good products-confused policy

The basket and screen both function as expected. There was a snafu due to the fact that the basket came with the screen included. Since the website said the basket did not come with the screen I bought one separately. When the product arrived, the screen was in the basket, plus the additional one I purchased. The company stepped up to the plate and refunded me for the cost of the extra screen. I would recommend this company for both product and integrity.
