Great Brisket Basket

I love using this basket to cook steaks and lamb chops. It is easy to assemble and works decently. After about 6 months, I was unable to keep the basket closed with the latches and resorted to using cooking twine to tie the down. I wish it worked great all the time but it does allow the air fryer to cook the meat in record time and evenly throughout.
