14 & 15.5 QT Stainless Steel Roasting Drum

I ordered my basket from Amazon since I have the older 14 quart Brio which didn't include it in the package. I used it to make chicken wings and everyone loved them. It didn't come with instructions so I had to figure out which end went into what slot but I figured it out. The chicken cooked evenly and that was what I wanted. Cleaning the roaster required moderate work. I recommend placing it into hot water to soak prior to trying to scrub it. That will cause the debris to soften and fall right off the mesh for a quicker cleanup. This is my second nuwave air fryer. The older version with the flip top lid still works. I use them both when I have a people over for dinner and I need to cook more food. I'm not sure if the roasting basket will work in the older model.

It’s all very confusing, the probe, the programs, I get lucky if I cook it right. The program sheet doesn’t tell me what level to use. Cleanup works good I like putting it all in the dishwasher.
