2-pack HEPA/Carbon filters

The filters have the same appearance as the ones in my five year old Nuwave model number 47003. No information on the page until after you have ordered that the size could be smaller than the larger ones even though they look exactly the same. Could find no item number or model number to relate to model number 47003. I assumed they were exactly the same. I received a $15 discount for signing up for these text messages and emails but it cost me over $10 to send the filters back. I am now waiting on my new ones to come from Amazon with free shipping at a lower price for the proper ones. I am hoping to see my credit from you in a timely manner, once you have received the ones I mailed back. I could not find the ones I wanted on your website. I had a hard time finding the correct ones on Amazon website with the model number being practically hidden there also. When I ordered from Nuwave, I also had to talk to someone to get my $15 discount which she took care of properly but I had also referenced the model number and how old my one at home was but still received the wrong filters. I probably spent four hours plus a drive to the post office just trying to buy new filters to last me another five years. Just wanted to avoid purchasing a new model number. SAD
