The oven quality is great. Love how it cooks. Your dome is bad or your nuwave company is poor customer service. I bought a used machine to get a dome at $40. The whole machine. You wouldn't replace it. Shame on you.

I give it a 5 star so far.

So far so good. I've owned 3 before that 2 of the 3 cracked . I notice this one is amber colored maybe that will make a difference. Before I believe after repeated use they cracked from the heat. I love the unit it's self and use it all the time. It arrived within 3 days.
