Directions
Preheat Bravo to 400°F. Set to “Air Fry”, set Cooking Rack in slot 2. Peel and cut potatoes lengthwise into 1½-inch-thick slices. Cut slices into 1⁄2-inch-thick sticks.
- In a large bowl, toss potatoes with oil, pepper, and salt. Working in batches, place potatoes in a single layer in Air Fryer Basket. Cook until just tender, 5-10 minutes.
- Toss potatoes in Basket to cook evenly. Continue to cook until lightly browned and crisp, 5-10 minutes.
- While cooking, in a shallow bowl, mix flour and pepper. In another shallow bowl, whisk eggs with water. In a third bowl, toss cornflakes with cheese and cayenne.
- Sprinkle fish with salt and dip into flour mixture to coat both sides, shaking off excess. Dip in egg mixture, then in cornflake mixture, patting to help coating adhere.
- Remove fries from Basket and keep warm. Spray Air Fry Basket with nonstick cooking spray. Place fish in a single layer in Air Fry Basket and spray fish with cooking spray. Cook 8-10 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time. Cook until fish is lightly browned.
- When done, fish will flake easily with fork. Return fries to Basket to heat through. Serve immediately. If desired, serve with tartar sauce.
