Ingredients
- 2T butter, softened
- 2 slices rye bread
- 6oz corned beef, thinly sliced
- ¼c sauerkraut, squeezed dry
- 2 slice Swiss or Gruyere cheese
- 1T Thousand Island dressing
Directions
- Lightly butter each slice of bread on one side.
- Place the corned beef, sauerkraut and cheese on the unbuttered side of the bread.
- Spread the dressing on the corned beef.
- Top with the second bread slice, with the buttered side up.
- Cook at 350ºF for 6 minutes per side on a 3-inch rack.
