Ingredients

2T butter, softened

2 slices rye bread

6oz corned beef, thinly sliced

¼c sauerkraut, squeezed dry

2 slice Swiss or Gruyere cheese
-
1T Thousand Island dressing
Directions
Lightly butter each slice of bread on one side.
Place the corned beef, sauerkraut and cheese on the unbuttered side of the bread.
Spread the dressing on the corned beef.
Top with the second bread slice, with the buttered side up.
Cook at 350ºF for 6 minutes per side on a 3-inch rack.
