Ingredients

  • 1 lb flank steak, sliced into strips
  • 1⁄2 c soy sauce
  • Sea salt, as needed
  • Fresh ground black pepper, as needed
  • 1½ T liquid smoke
  • 1 T garlic powder

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Add steak and coat with marinade. Place into a bag and store in fridge overnight.
  2. Lay out beef strips in Air Fry Basket. Place onto the Cooking Rack in slot 2.
  3. Set the Bravo to “Dehydrate” at 170 ̊F for 8 to 9 hours.
  4. When done, carefully remove the jerky from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Store in a sealable container and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
