Ingredients
- 1 lb flank steak, sliced into strips
- 1⁄2 c soy sauce
- Sea salt, as needed

Fresh ground black pepper, as needed

1½ T liquid smoke
- 1 T garlic powder
Directions
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Add steak and coat with marinade. Place into a bag and store in fridge overnight.
- Lay out beef strips in Air Fry Basket. Place onto the Cooking Rack in slot 2.
- Set the Bravo to “Dehydrate” at 170 ̊F for 8 to 9 hours.
- When done, carefully remove the jerky from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Store in a sealable container and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
