Meat Lover’s Pita Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) pita
- 1 c Italian sausage, rolled into balls
- 1 T extra-virgin olive oil
- 1⁄2 c pepperoni
- 1⁄2 c bacon, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 c tomato sauce
- Sea salt, as needed
- Freshly ground black pepper, as needed
- 3 T grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
- 6 basil leaves
Directions
- Place the Cooking Rack in slot 1.
- Brush olive oil, spread tomato sauce onto pita and layer on toppings.
- Using the Pizza Peel*, gently slide pizza onto the Cooking Rack. Set Bravo to “Pizza”.
- Cook for 12 minutes at 400 ̊F 30/70.
- When done, using the Pizza Peel*, remove pizza and let rest for 3-4 minutes.
